For Sale Nisi Moncalieri – Campagnolo 24 spokes High Flange wheelset, Built by Marcel Borthayre.

This rare wheelset is built by “ the lacing master” from Biarrits, Marcel Borthayre, he developed a reputation for building very light rims with 24 spokes for pro cyclist in the 1960’s – 1970’s.

The former owner told me that this wheelset was used by Felice Gimondi during mountain time trials. Of course I can’t prove that. But It’s a cool story though!
